UNITER was established in 1993. In 2002 UNITER Group was reorganized and UNITER Investment Company appeared.

Today we provide our clients with a high quality full-service of investment banking support covering the M&A process from establishing dialogue between investors and owners of target companies to the practical settlement of share transactions by our own licensed broker and depositary (an authorized member of the Belarusian Stock Exchange).
