CJSC "Wild Orchid Group" is the largest retail distributor of lingerie, homewear and beachwear on the territory of Russia. With regard to the results of the first half-year of 2007 the number of stores of the Group amounted to 231, including – 54 stores of the multi-brand retail store chain “Wild Orchid” (high-end class), 161 stores of the multi-brand retail store chain “Bustier” (mid-price class), 9 stores of the multi-brand retail store chain “VI-Legion” (high-end class), 4 discount “Lingerie Bazaar” stores, 2 Internet shops and 1 multi-brand retail store in the UK “Vendetta”. The wholesale distribution department, with the customer base consisting about 150 independent retailers in 58 cities on the territory of Russia and Minsk (Belorussia), also is a part of the CJSC "Group "Dikaya Orkhideya". Company opened its stores in all the big Russian towns and cities from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. The network strengthens its hand on the territory of the Ukraine and is ready and willing to make a mash on the Western Europe. The Group in the high-end class (multi-brand retail store chain “Wild Orchid”, “VI-Legion”) covers 52% of the whole Russian lingerie market and 70% of the Moscow market. In the highly competitive market segment like a mid-price class (multi-brand retail store chain “Bustier”), the Group covers 21% of the Russian market and 9% of the Moscow market. CJSC "Group "Dikaya Orkhideya" is a vertically integrated company combining development of lingerie design, production and retail sale. CJSC "Group "Dikaya Orkhideya" is a manufacturer of her own private labels: “Vendetta” is a first private trade label distributed by the store chain “Bustier” and “Vendetta”, and the second one private trade label is “Decolette” distributed by the store chain “Wild Orchid”. At the end of February 2007 two investment funds Greater Europe Fund and Greater Europe Deep Value Fund governed by the Wermuth Asset Management GmbH (WAM) entered into the board of shareholders of the CJSC “Group “Dikaya Orkhideya». The turnover in 2006 amounted to 98.6 million US dollars. According to the revenue forecast on 2007 it may amount to 135 million US dollars. /15 October 2007
