Development Yug Construction and Investment Corporation (Krasnodar) was founded on March 1, 1995. For the time it has been working on the construction market of the city and kray, the Corporation has completed a total of 14 projects, handling everything from allocation of land plots for construction and design of facilities, to performance of construction work, sales of apartments and post-sale maintenance, as well as construction of socially significant sites. On the Krasnodar market the company offers apartments in a broad price range and degree of comfort, from deluxe apartment buildings in the historic center of Krasnodar to middle-class buildings in the city's new micro districts. Due to such a comprehensive approach Development Yug currently has a large selection of apartments in different districts and ranging in project quality and price. In 2003 a new housing complex for 8,000 residents on the bank of the Kuban River was founded ("New City"). The Development Yug Corporation bided successfully and is currently implementing construction of a facility important for Krasnodar Kray: the buildings and structures of the Central Dispatch Point of the Russia-Turkey gas pipeline. This building will be the highest in Krasnodar. At the end of 2003 the Company put into operation another socially significant facility, a 3,000-seat covered stadium in Krasnodar that will become a major sports center for the Kuban and for Southern Russia. The Corporation has its own construction base occupying 2.5 hectares and including a concrete plant that fully meets the company's need for concrete at its construction sites, a garage complex and fleet of more than 150 vehicles and units of construction machinery, workshops and warehouse space. The achievements of Development Yug Corporation have been recognized more than once at various levels: for its work in 2001 and 2002 the Company was announced "Best Company in the Industry (Construction)" in a competition held by the Administration and the City Duma of Krasnodar; winner of the Sixth Pan-Russian Competition held by Gosstroy of Russia for the best construction company, and also holds a special diploma for having mastered new effective forms of organizing work and managing construction; the Russian Federation State Committee on Construction, Housing and Utilities placed Development Yug Corporation in its rating of the 150 best construction companies, Russia's construction industry leaders; the American-Russian Chamber of Commerce awarded the Corporation the medal "Energy of Progress" for excellent production indicators and the efficient work of its team. In 2004 the Company became the laureate of all-national competition "Russian Creators" in nomination "Construction Investment"
