For the first time in the history of the market, the company signed on behalf of the bondholders a pledge account agreement, a settlement agreement, an innovation agreement, a direct concession agreement and an inter-loan agreement. In addition, LCPIS has unique experience in advanced air defense functionality and performs all the functions of a pledgee, including transactions with complex collateral.
