Joint stock commercial bank NOVIY was registered by the National Bank of Ukraine as a legal entity on 18 December 1992. The bank is registered in the form a close joint stock company. The bank is a part of the unified bank system of Ukraine and has a right to carry out activity throughout Ukraine bank license №112 from 14.12.2001 of all kinds of banking activities except dealership with bank gold. Bank NOVIY authorized capital stock constitutes the amount of UAH 55.000.000.000. Regulative stock UAH 63 mln. including subordinated debt UAH 4 mln(1USD=5.05UAH) The largest shareholders of the bank are the state design office "YUZHNOYE" and joint stock insurance company "PRYDNIPROV’YA".
