IVI-Finance was established for attracting capital in order to finance activity of investment and building holding company IVI-93. Investment and building holding company IVI-93 has been operating since 1993 when private corporation IVI-93 was set up. The company has put into operation 22 apartment blocks and 2 hotels with total floor space of 320.000 square meters. Brand “IVI-93” consolidated a group of dynamically expanding companies which was reorganized in holding company.

GS-2-781-02-27-0-7816001428-012821-1 d.d. 06.3.06, license term – till 06.2.08. The license was issued as a result of reissuing of license registration no. GS-2-781-02-27-0-7816001428-001667-1 d.d. 06.2.03.
Operating activity
In 2006 the Company accomplished building and put into operation 4 property units with total floor space of more than 72,000 square meters.
In 2007 at various stages of building are more than 20 various property units. Among them are high-class house complexes, business-centers, hotels and also a group of weekend houses. The units are built in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region.This program has been being realized in 2006-2008.

For more than 10 years Investment and building holding company IVI-93 has actively organized and participated in different voluntary programs. Special attention is paid to financing hospitals for children and educational institutions. These programs are organized by IVI-93 singly or with other members of professional community. For instance, IVI-93 is the member of guardian council of the Union of building associations and organizations.
